1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be extended slightly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Canada: 4-9 business days
- United States: 4-9 business days
- Shipped via USPS
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship domestically to all major cities and regions. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@renovastreetwear.com.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Please include photos of any damaged packaging or items when contacting us.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on your country’s import laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to check any import restrictions before placing an order.

9. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 4:00PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
